I have gone to Dr. Chado’s Frederick office for about six years now although I live an hour away. He is clear with the current status of my eyes and gives pointers on how to keep them healthy,I.e. putting a warm rag on eyes every night for 10m. Also makes sure I have an American Sign Language/English interpreter. Does not put up a fight so I appreciate that a lot. Highly recommend.

Dr. Thadani is a kind, patient and understanding person. Since I have been seeing him as my corneal specialist, I have observed that he appears to have the ability to discern special needs in his patients through observation and conversations. He’s not just doing his job, he is genuinely concerned for his patient needs.

Trustworthy and knowledgeable. Dr. Chado addresses any concerns and explains your care well. Friendly staff, clean waiting room, and clean instruments. My only complaint would be the time spent waiting to see the doctor, not on waiting to dilate, but in-general. Worth the wait, yes, but still frustrating.

I am always treated very well, by that I mean kindly and professionally when I go to the Maryland Vision Center. I have been seeing Dr. Thadani for a few years now. My eye examinations are very thorough, always! I am a candidate for cataract surgery and I’m currently waiting for the opportunity to have that procedure in September, 2025. My wife had cataract surgery in both of her eyes with the multifold lens, allowing her to see far, near and close without the use of any glasses.

My mom is 90 years old, Dr.Chado and the staff are so nice and patient with her.She has a lot of issues with her eyes and Dr.Chado is the best, he explains, he’s caring and makes her feel very well taken care of.Thank you so much!

Patients are told that an appointment will take about an hour. All staff and technicians are very warm and respectful making sure you understand what is being done and why. The doctor is very congenial and friendly. I’ve had good experiences every time I had an appointment.

Dr. Ma (and Susan) administered vision test for glaucoma. Susan was so professional with the test and Dr Ma explained very well the results. It was a good experience as our eyes are a gift and good to know talented people care.
